2. Description of Service

DealerDMS provides a dealer management system for UK car dealers, including inventory management, lead capture, invoicing, and website hosting services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false or misleading vehicle information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

DealerDMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
